Pricing and GST

All prices displayed on our website are indicative of Australian dollars, and GST is already included in the advertised price. For all orders processed and delivered within Australia, the final invoice amount will include GST of 10%.

Payment options

We accept payment for online orders through PayPal, credit card or direct deposit using the account details provided in the Checkout section of our website.

Postage and Handling

Please note, Lyle Apparel will only post products to addresses within Australia. All orders of $200 and over will be delivered free of charge.
Products will be posted using either standard or express delivery options, which can be selected during the online checkout process.

The costs for postage and handling are as follows:

Standard delivery – $10.00
Express delivery – $13.00

For standard delivery, please allow up to 7 working days, and for express delivery please allow up to 4 working days. Lyle Apparel will endeavour to get the products posted as soon as possible after receiving the online order and processing the payment, with the exception of weekends and public holidays. Whenever possible, Lyle Apparel will provide customers with a tracking number for their individual package.

Product availability

Lyle Apparel will endeavour to keep advertised stock availability as up to date as possible. Refunds will be provided for products that are out of stock at the time of purchase if a replacement cannot be agreed upon.

Promo codes

Any promo codes for Lyle Apparel that indicate a percentage (%) discount will be applied only to the cart total or a specific product, and will not apply to the costs associated with postage and handling. Only codes that allow FREE SHIPPING will impact postage and handling costs.

Returns and exchanges

Lyle Apparel will happily provide a replacement for any item that is damaged or faulty upon delivery. Customers can simply email a photo of the product to sales@lyleapparel.com.au with a brief description of the damage or fault, and we will send a replacement product as soon as possible at no extra charge.

If we require the original product to be returned to us, we will also send a prepaid self-addressed satchel.
Please note that Lyle Apparel will not refund products if you change your mind, however we will gladly offer an exchange.

Donations to Challenge

At the end of each financial year, Lyle Apparel will donate $1 from the sale of every Nexbelt sold in Australia to Challenge – supporting kids with cancer. This includes belts that are sold to both wholesale and retail customers. In addition, $20 from the sale of every yellow, black or white Leuk the Duck belt will also be donated to Challenge.
